How do you feel?

Emotions and feelings are the tie that binds beliefs and memories to current activities in your life.

Whether we choose to accept or even believe that we have emotions or feelings is irrelevant to the role that have in our lives. In fact, the more we deny them, the more powerful the role they play in our lives.

Being able to feel your feelings and emotions will help you to access the memory and belief attached to them. Journaling when you feel certain feelings or emotions will help you to recognize the link between the feeling or emotion and the belief to the resultant action.

The end desire will be to be able to reframe the attachments to change the undesirable end result into a desirable chosen expression.

Take your time to feel out your life. Make changes only as you are comfortable and PLEASE get help and support from a reliable source such as a mentor or counselor.
