We all have our story!
No matter whether we were born into fabulous riches or extreme poverty, we all have to live our lives as we choose to do. Everything that occurs in our lives, manifests when and how it does because we have, at some level, invited it to manifest within our life expression.
We are not automatons that have no ability to choose what happens to us. That is the life of victim.
Each one of us chooses the life we live and I guarantee you mine was no exception.
I am not going to go into the dirty details of my childhood but let it be said that there were many obstacles to be moved through. One counselor I worked with a few years ago said to me after she had looked at my life chart, "Monty, What are you doing still alive? You should be dead by now."
But I am not dead, in fact I am very much alive with a great deal of resolve and purpose that keeps me going.
In the esoteric community, it is commonly noted that "healers" generally have chosen very challenging lives with what often seems like insurmountable situations throughout their lives. I know this, my friends, I definitely qualify in that statement.
I have lived through them all, the divorce of my parents at a very young age and a second change in my teens, the trauma of family issues that undermined any chances of love and security, deaths of close family members and divorce in my own adult life.
But none of that matters! What does matter is that I have been aware of what was really going on in my life. And I have chosen to do something about it. I chose to take control of my life and learn how to make changes. Some of the changes have worked and some didn't but most importantly, I persevered!
The successes have been long in coming and often veery fleeting. Many times I just wanted to run away and quit, but I just din't know how so I kept going.
In my quest for understanding life I became very attracted to the esoteric world. I had investigated many religions but somehow felt they could not answer the deep questions in my heart. Through the study of mysticism, energetic healing of various forms (Reiki, Jin Shin Jyutsu, Vortex Healing) as well as emotionally based programs such as Emotional Polarity Theraapy and Core Belief Engineering, things started to make sense.
I learned and built on the fact that nothing in my belief system is hard wired, it is all changeable. I never have liked pain so change was the obvious alternative.
Through the power of my intutive mind and the willingness to let go, changes began. It has been a life time adventure that has now resulted in a much happier, more peaceful and more powerful person. The ultimate expression for me has been the writing and publishing of my books.
The lesson that is most important for me to pass on to you is that you can make the changes you need to make your life work for you. Fortunately for you, You have my books to assist you in the process. I guarantee you they will save you a lot of years of grief and frustration if you take the time to work through them.
